The psychedelic blues-rock duo of Papa Niz and Baby Kiz, a taurus and a libra, armed with nothing more than a slide guitar, microphone and a beat up old drum, have released their first debut album today. This 10 song record bears little to no resemblance to either well known artist's musical style and dives deep into a tasty collection of dirty, desert-drenched gutter blues rock. This powerful musical duo and their tickle trunk of costumes and props set out to make an album that is fun, raw, rocking and 100% by their own rules.

"Well well well, it's finally here, the 35 minutes you've all been waiting for. We love to play every song on this album and now you can too! In your headphones or whatever. We have CDs available for the Neil crowd, Kandle is still pushing for the vinyl for the youngsters. We are kin. We make our music from experimenting with various audio scraps and acting on our emotions. We have A LOT of emotions! The music is pure folk-art, worked from found objects(something old, something new) transformed into music.We are one-take wonders, DIY, bluesy swampy geniuses and we've made you a raw and rockin record filled with curses BUT we never use curse words because mom would kill us. Best listened under the moonlight with a glass of whiskey and a python. ENJOY"

Different sound. Put me off for a minute. But now I dig it. "Just To Bring You Back" is sooo good, listening on repeat. I love how dancy it is. First track has a magical flow in some parts too that I adore. Could do without the S-P-E--L-L part, otherwise great. "Better Man" has such a silly refrain but it makes me laugh and want to dance too. And the bridge is awesome! "Cemetery" is lovely dreamy. More, girl! Kappa Neko
